Denounced abuses, if found in right, will be removed from the platform as soon as possible.
The User acknowledges that all Forums and discussion groups are public and not private communications. Further, the User acknowledges that chats, postings, conferences, e-mails and other communications by other Users are not endorsed by TRUESSEC.eu, and that such communications shall not be considered to have been reviewed, screened or approved by TRUESSEC.eu. The personal data you submit is processed and stored in line with the requirements of Directive 95/46/EC and Regulation 2016/679/EC (GDPR).
All personal data are collected in the context of the European Commission H2020 funded project TRUESSEC.eu (grant agreement N° 731711), managed by a consortium of organisations from across the European Union, coordinated by Digital Catapult (UK) and includes the entities : Knowledge Transfer Network Limited (UK), APWG European Foundation (Spain), Asociación de Usarios de Internet (Spain), Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (Spain), Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz (Austria), and Université de Lille II – Droit et Santé (France).
In no circumstances will personal data be traded in any way to a third-party by the TRUESSEC.eu consortium.
By accessing this Site, the User gives consent that certain information about the User, such as Internet protocol (IP) addresses, navigation through the Site, the software used and the time spent, along with other similar information, will be stored on our servers. These will not specifically identify the User and are only used for statistical purposes.

Subscription form for the newsletter and the forum
By subscribing to the newsletter or the Forum, the User agrees to the collection and processing of the personal data that are strictly necessary to provide the User with the requested service, for the duration of the subscription:

The personal data collected through the newsletter subscription form are used for the exclusive purpose of sending periodic newsletters to the subscriber. The subscriber can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on a link provided in the newsletter.
The personal data collected are not subject to transfers outside of the European Union.
The User at all times may exercise his or her rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the treatment of his/her data by sending an appropriate request to the following address: [email protected].
